Refund Policy

At Online Quran Campus, our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: If you withdraw before the classes begin, you are eligible for a full refund.
• No Refund After Commencement: Once classes are confirmed and you have attended at least one class, refunds are not available.
• Refund for Unfulfilled Classes: If we are unable to provide the classes due to reasons on our end after you have made the payment, we will issue a refund after deducting a refund processing fee.
• Class Balance Transfer: If you need to pause your classes for any reason, the remaining balance can be transferred to the following month’s classes.
• Exceeding Refund Costs: If the amount to be refunded exceeds the total fee paid, we will not process a refund.
